We recommend that you bring a small suitcase with personal items, including casual clothes, comfortable shoes, and toiletries. You can also bring personal items such as books or journals, but we advise against bringing valuable items.

After 14 days of the program, there is limited access to mobile phones to ensure focus on recovery. Personal computers are not allowed.
Yes smoking and vaping is permitted in designated areas only.
Visitors are allowed after the first 5 days of the program. During the initial 28 days, visitors are limited to family or significant others, and visits are scheduled for weekends only.
Residents participate in meal preparation as part of the community-building process. You will have the opportunity to cook and enjoy nutritious meals, learning valuable life skills in the process. Clients will also have the opportunity to purchase personal food and other items from the shops.
Yes, you are welcome to bring small personal items such as family photos, books, to make your space feel more comfortable and personalized.
We offer a range of different activities as part of the program. We take a holistic view focusing on mind, body and spirit as one.
Our program includes group therapy, individual counselling, family workshops, meditation, breathwork, physical exercise and community-based activities designed to help you develop life skills and enhance your recovery.
We encourage clients to stay active throughout their treatment episode, with morning walks, access to the beach, access to the gym from 14 days, visits to St Kilda Sea Baths and walks along Albert Park Lake.
We recommend a minimum of 28 days to ensure the best outcomes, but many clients benefit from a longer stay, typically 3 months. This allows for more significant recovery progress and lasting changes.
